Whether you’re coming for the first time or returning with a friend, here’s what to know before your visit.
What will I find at Wellness Expo?
Explore products and services for body, mind and spirit. Meet exhibitors, shop for jewelry and crystals, discover wellness products, and experience offerings such as bodywork, reflexology, Reiki and intuitive readings. You can also settle in for a talk and explore a subject that interests you.
When and where is the next Expo?
Visit our upcoming events for dates, hours and locations. We hold Wellness Expo events in Grapevine and Conroe, Texas.
How much is admission?
General admission is $8 for one day or $10 for the weekend. Children under 12 and adults over 65 are admitted free. Check the ticket page for the show you plan to attend and any available advance-ticket offers.
Are the talks included?
Yes. The talks are included with Expo admission. Each day features 11 free talks and one separately priced workshop.
Visit the talks and workshops page for the program for your show. Exhibitor products, individual services and paid workshops are separate purchases.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Yes. We accept cash and credit cards at the door. You can also get tickets online before you arrive.
My ticket says Saturday. Can I come Sunday instead?
Yes. A Saturday or Sunday admission ticket can be used on either day. A weekend pass covers both days.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. We can scan your ticket’s QR code from your phone or look up your ticket by name.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Look for your ticket confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, we can look up your ticket by name at the entrance. For help before the show, contact us.
I reserved tickets for friends. What should we do?
Make a plan for the day you’ll attend and keep the tickets handy. If you’re arriving separately, make sure each person has access to their own ticket QR code.
Where do I park?
Parking is free at the Grapevine Convention Center. Visit our directions page for the venue address, map and parking information for your show.
Will the Expo take place if it rains?
Yes. The Expo is indoors and takes place rain or shine.
Is food available?
At both venues, lunch options are available from 11 AM to 2 PM. There are also restaurants nearby in Grapevine.
