We look forward to welcoming you to Wellness Expo. This page will help you prepare for your visit as an exhibitor. Keep the registration confirmation and instructions for your specific show handy, since setup arrangements vary by venue and event.
Before you pack
Check your space dimensions and the table and chairs included with your registration. Plan your display to fit the space you booked, and bring any table coverings, signs and supplies your display needs.
If you have questions about electricity, equipment or a special display requirement, contact us before you arrive.
Arrival and setup
Use the setup time and arrival instructions provided for your show. Public opening hours are not vendor setup hours.
Check our directions page for the venue address and map. Follow your show instructions for unloading and vendor parking. If you can’t find your arrival details, contact us with your business name and event date.
During the Expo
Bring the products and services confirmed for your participation. If you need to change your offering, share your space or make a change to your display plans, please discuss it with us ahead of time.
Keep any required documents for food sampling or other regulated activities with you, and follow the instructions for your venue.
Packing up
Follow the breakdown time in your show instructions. Plan your travel and staffing so you can stay through the required closing time.
